Q:

I have GW2 HoT installed on multiple machines. I have 4 separate accounts and about 30+ characters.
On only one of my characters, on one of my accounts, no matter which computer I use, I get;

A disk-I/O error has occurred!
Guild Wars 2 will now terminate.

…and all I can do is hit the OK button to crash out.

Any other character on the account works and it doesn’t matter which machine I use.

The rotten part is that the character is a HoT Revenant with all of the upgrades applied already which are only available to the account once.

This MUST be a disk error at Arena Net. I submitted the bug report to them a couple of weeks ago and never heard anything.

How do I get this fixed? Any help would be appreciated.

Marcus

Thanks! I’ve just sent in a support ticket. I’ll let you know what I hear.

Can’t do the in-game /bug because it doesn’t get in game!
