Guild Wars 2

I was going to buy a new logging axe from a merchant, so I go to Marshwatch Haven Waypoint in Bloodtide Coast and walk down to the merchant. When I talk to her, no words come up and there is an exit option with no words. I have attached a screenshot of what I see.

That is indeed something to do with the game files, I just went and checked that merchant and everything was normal.
