A year later, still can't talk to Braham bug
I also got this strange bug in my story I think (if I remember correctly same mission as urs). First time was like wtf, then I checked on what others said and cleared like 2/3 paths fully at least (kill everything rampage mode but turns out my bloodlust had a short fuse). Then I wiped a couple times in the room ahead, essentially like a death pit but I took as many of them down with me as I could. So that solved nothing other than my trashing my gear so I had to run out and start over again. Did a speed clear and that basically means I went through it like a madman with a death wish, npc struggling to keep up with me whole way. Then Brahma still wouldn’t talk to me, but at least he got a little further in conversation. Figuring I was doing something right, decided to do same thing I did last time. Headed to chak death room again to sate my anger over useless npc → wiped again. Then on 2nd time I was heading to same room again, this time tho Braham followed me and once he got a little further into the room his dialogue started, ended up finishing the story.
tl;dr: it appears this usually happens when going afk or something after u come to room with magister (from what I read). So I rerun and did everything insanely fast in speed clear mode. Talking to braham did nothing. Try heading to chak room, ahead (not go in). Braham should follow u, if not wipe then talk to him and make sure he follow u and try again. This worked for me so give it a shot
