Guild Wars 2

I submitted a report online but i was unable to fully express what happended there:

In the middle of Ascalonian Catacombs explorable mode path 1 (AC EM). One of the members of our group left. That was ok, we were doing pretty well and continued on. We got to the end of the dungeon and another member disconnected. We could not complete the rest of the dungeon so one of the members invited a guild member of his to join us. That member was unable to enter the same dungeon as us. He was not prompted to enter the dungeon and walking up to the door caused him to enter a separate dungeon than ours.

After figuring that it was his client that bugged we continued to struggle on until we reached the final boss. The final boss and the adds he spawned were too much for 3 people to handle. after getting him to half health 3 times i decided to leave the dungeon and find more people to join. I successfully found 2 more people. I then went back (from Lion’s Arch) to AC to find that i was not prompted to enter the dungeon, and neither were any other the other 2 party members.

We litterally were at the final boss, but because of this bug, none of us received any tokens, which are the only rewards of value from low level dungeons currently. I am not expecting to receive these tokens as compensation, i simply want to express the severity of the problem.
