Guild Wars 2

So i wrote a topic on how the AH charge me for a item and never got the item , send a ticket and never got a respond and how i got disappointed with the team for not responding.

Instead of getting a respond at the forum for a solution from them i get my topic block withing 5 min .

So arena if you so quick to remove a topic why cant you answer on the topic issue , i am not bashing the game i am not venting as you so call it, i just want a solution for my problem, is that to much to ask ?
