I’ve currently completed 100% map completion after the patch Escape from Lion Arch released.
Unfortunately I can only obtain the achievement “Been there, Done that” with the title, and also the badge in login session, but not the gift of exploration.
I’ve checked Wiki and tried the following methods to obtain the gift, but none of them work:
1. I went to all zone required for this achievement.
2. I went to all WvW map required.
3. I’ve been to all six cities.
4. I’ve been to the chantry of secret after I obtain the achievevent.

Also, I have provided all the screenshot for you in ticket 377927.

As ANet always mention, this kind of problem usually could be solved by what I did. However it does not. I find it may be related with the new POI and new Lion Arch map come out in this new patch since there are some players also find out themselves in the same situation as me.

JUST HOPE SOMEONE CAN HAVE A LOOK BECAUSE MORE AND MORE PLAYERS ARE GOING TO MEET THIS PROBLEM.
IF ANET YOU CAN FIX IT FASTER, THE MORE TIME ANET WILL SAVE ON CHECKING SUPPORT TICKET.

And stop asking “have you checked all map?” or “have you been to chantry of secrets” blah blah blah. Because YES I HAVE DONE IT, and I provided all screenshot as evidence in my support ticket.

This has happened before and is not due to the last patch. You alrdy contacted support, there’s no need to post it again…

Actually other player contacted support and get a total useless feedback. And more people find out themselves in this situation. So I decide to make another post to help let ANet know there is actually a problem happening.
And BTW your reply in this post is no need IMO.

Be patient and they’ll respond to your support ticket. There were alrdy threads on this subject (in which you posted) so this thread is kinda pointless.
And make sure to check if you have 727/727 poi, cuz with the add of 2 new poi’s might have given you the title but not the real 100%

The new two POI at LA, yes, I’ve got it.
TBH, I’m nearly mad abt this crap bug.

But do you have 727 poi’s found? I also had this happen to me with a patch that added a poi. It is possible that you’ve got 725/727 :p

Actually I have 727/727

Had the exat same thing happen today on my 2nd character, completed Snowden Drifts and Mount Maelstorm, saw i also needed the 2 PoI’s in LA so went in and got those explored, but no reward

Same issue. Completed the World for the first time today and have all the World points needed, Chantry, etc. Sent in a bug report and support ticket recently.

It’s a real bummer that I didn’t get the reward, but I’m optimistic they’ll get a fix going sometime soon.

Same to me 30 mins ago, got achievement and medal, got 727/727 etc, but no reward chest. Submitted a ticket :)

exactly what happened to me. already 727 poi and 301 hearts. and other… but no gift of exploration
