So I encountered this bug on multiple characters not just my reverant. Sometimes when you use an AOE attack or move it will show that every distance is acceptable as seen in the attached screenshot. Then when you attempt to use it at the selected location it says that it is too far away.
Just to check first – do you have the ‘limit aoe to max range’ option switched on? If not, it might help with this. If you have it on, there might be a bug.
