These Halloween skin shoulders are not sized correct for a Male Norn. There is severe model clipping. Please fix.

Several months ago there was a game update that inadvertently caused heavy shoulders to become very large and stretch awkwardly over the shoulders, thus causing a lot of clipping issues and making characters look utterly ridiculous.

It has been reported many, many times and it has yet to even be acknowledged, let alone fixed. Sadly, I think the only real option is to no longer have shoulder armor visible until the issue is eventually corrected.
