Guild Wars 2

a previously unavailable dye kit went on sale prompting me to purchase gems as i like to support companies that create products i use and enjoy. however i was unable to actually spend the gems i purchased as the gem store was completely broken and unresponsive. now i have missed the sale and have gems i purchased specifically for the sale have no use. this defiantly makes me hesitant to purchase gems in the future.

The sale should still be there for another 25 minutes. Try reloading the game to get the gem store to work.

i already tried reloading the game moving zones waiting hours, and everything else i could think of. nothing works the whole gem store is frozen and clicking on anything does nothing. it could be working again now but as i am at work and unable to log in this does not help me :/
