they say they are account bound, but only my toon that actually got them can put them into his inventory. My alts cannot. So that would be a bug since they say they are account bound but aren’t.

ah I see in the other thread that anything we got pre-patch is still not yet fixed, but will be in a week or so. Ok carry on.
