So this is interesting, the “equip Legendary” medal is a bit broken.

I know if you transmute, soulbind a precursor, or change a sigil BEFORE equipping a legendary weapon can lead to no legendary credit, but I didn’t know that both sunrise and twilight aren’t considered legendary even if their description lists otherwise.

For most owners of twilight and sunrise, this isn’t a problem because they would rather have those GS than eternity.

But what I can’t get over is how much effort (3 months of CS farming) a guild buddy put into his twilight to find out after he acquired it that it would not be honored by the account medal page.

Now that ALOT of people know about this, its not an issue so much (besides having to farm in various places for 5-7 months) that people will avoid the twilight/sunrise glitch.

But is it possible to either correct the character login screen to mention that only some legendaries are accepted, or change the account medal system to detect the names of the weapons so that twilight/sunrise holders get credit.

By no means should twilight/sunrise change to precursors as they would be weakened once the ascended weapons come on board.

Any one else has some ideas of how to fix this issue?

I think the intent is to eventually allow for twilight/sunrise to count for that medal. I’m pretty sure I saw a post indicating that they were aware of the issue… don’t quote me on that though. My guess is that it’s on a long list of things that need fixing, and will be addressed once bugged events/skills/general gameplay stuff is out of the way.

I hope they aren’t considered pre-reqs, and not worth the medal >.<
