I was trying to add a HOT serial key to my account and noticed the procedure is a little tacky and confusing.
So i did the following:
- buy game through main site
- Look in emails for serial code
- copy code and log into my account via https://account.guildwars2.com/
- Look at account section and become puzzled
- Google Search to find out ‘how’
- Notice you need to go to: https://register.arena.net or https://register.arena.net/content
- Login there again?
- Click ‘Add a code’
- done.
What i am wondering is why the account area found on https://account.guildwars2.com doesnt just have a link to either direct you to the correct place or you are able to do it there. Whats the point of two seperate ‘account’ sections on different sites? O_O
Please refine this ( a link to direct people to the correct place would probably be simpler)
