Account missing a lot of things
You can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and discuss the issue with them.
You might ask what date they rolled the account back to, and if it’s a lot farther back than when the ‘hack’ took place, ask to have a more recent restore date. Of course, it’s best if you know the dates when things occurred.

problem is when i try to login in support, it just goes back in account page… it doesnt let me login in support page.. i submitted ticket anonymously i hope they will get it.
They will get it, you should receive an almost-immediate automated response. The whole ‘logging in’ thing is new, and absolutely not required. It’s only function is to (sometimes) show you a list of tickets you submitted. At least, that’s all mine ever shows (just a partial list).
