I have slightly over 2000 as an acheivement score. I signed in after being absent for at least a month and found 2 achievment chests in my mail. I later found out that I was apparently supposed to get more of these chests given my score. I haven’t. My mail was full when I logged back in. Before I went on hiatus I was managing a guild and people had been sending me mail, and there had also been game messages in my mail. I didn’t recieve them upon clearing my mailbox so does that mean I can never get them? =/ If so, that’s pretty disappointing. That’d be a fair amount of gold and weapon skins that now I can never get, all because I took a break from the game.

achievement chests should be appearing like daily completion chest/world boss bonus/etc chest. the little jiggling/shaking chest in the corner of the screen …

the back log of chests is limited to 1 per day no matter how many points you have

post a screenshot of your achievement window, that shows the chest you WILL be getting.

Yes, like Khisanth said, you only get 1 chest per day. Log in tomorrow for the next chest, and so on…
