I’m currently not accumulating Achievement Points. In the Hero Achievement Panel it states that I’m getting achievement points but they are not being added to my total. Is anyone else having this issue?

Is it possible you hit the 15,000 cap of Daily + Monthly points? In the achievement subpanel of the hero window, mouse over your total number of achievement points — it shows you the breakdown — if you’ve gotten 15,000 between daily & monthly, you won’t receive points for completing dailies.

(You should keep earning AP from other sources.)

If that’s not it, then:

• While you are working with them, you might want to post a screen shot showing your “recently completed” achievements (and ideally, before|after shots that shows how you didn’t get AP after completing another achievement).
