Same for me but 26/27.

same for me, i played through zones 1/2/3 and only got 25/26

edit- turns out the game thought i hadn’t completed zone 2, so when i beat that cage 26/27 popped, then i went back and entered a store in zone 1 and that gave me 27/27.

I got all of them, u might have forgotten some of the clouds, there r some zones, that have different direction that the clouds take u.
