Hi ! I have a problem with completing a achievement of Sorrow’s Subjugator Explorable mode-Fergg’s Path. Even completing this path multiple times I cant earn the achiev for that. Friend of mine doing that dungeon with me earned achiev.What is the problem and what to do? Please help me .

try a different path. there is a bug where the ticks are displaying/or not displaying for the correct paths they correspond to.

70 ‘mains’ and waiting for more slots

I am still having this exact issue after doing all of the paths. I’m feeling quite frustrated with the situation because it is stopping me from gaining the Dungeon Master title. I’m unsure if anyone is aware of/looking into this bug due to the fact that I have not received any replies to either my forum post here or the ticket I filed in game.

Submitting a ‘Bug Report’ in-game, as indicated on the report window, will garner no response, and posting on the forum very occasionally will solicit a response.

For an individualized response, you must use the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Request’ to the CS Team.

Hey, thanks for your response. I have already done what you suggested and still nothing back. I understand that they might be busy but a simple ’’we’re working on it’’ would at least reassure me that something is getting/will be done. This bug is literally halting progress.

You should have gotten an immediate, automated response. If you haven’t, that means that something is blocking emails from ANet — check your spam/junk folders.

Otherwise, they’ll respond in the order they receive your ticket (only slowed down by opening more tickets, which requires them to reconcile the differences and merge into a single ticket). Unless something odd is going on, it’s often within a few hours for easily-resolved issues and never more than 72 hours.

If you don’t get any response (and are otherwise getting the automated responses), then post in the ‘Account’ subforum — there’s a sticky for folks who haven’t heard back for 3 days or longer.
