So I finish Honor of Waves path 2, don’t get the achievement, do it again, same problem, write a ticket, no response within a week. Now I just needed to finish the level 13 fractal to get the casual-fractal hero achievement – nope. Didn’t work. Seriously? Why the hell does that have to happen?

• Achievements: Dungeon Achievements have text mismatched to dungeon paths completed
• Status: “Verifying” = we think we have a fix and are testing it to make sure it works.

Your options are:

• Wait for the fix.
• Do the other paths for HotW (one of them will count a “path 2,” even though that’s the incorrect #.

Regardless, if you submitted a ticket via the in-game /bug reporting tool, you won’t receive a response. If you created a ticket via the support website, then you should have received an auto-reply within moments and a personal response within 3 days or so — if you didn’t get any reply, your email system is blocking them; if you got the first but not the second, post a note in the sticky thread in the Account subforum for delayed responses.

Can you post a screenshot showing your progress for casual-fractal? I’ve seen over a dozen people say they only needed level X and being surprised that they didn’t get final credit…and then it turned out they were missing an earlier number (they just forgot that they started in the middle). I don’t know if that’s what happened in your situation, but let’s rule it out just in case.

Can you post a screenshot showing your progress for casual-fractal? I don’t know if that’s what happened in your situation, but let’s rule it out just in case.

Another possibility is, considering it’s cliffside and there’s a delay at the end, are you waiting for the pop-up to appear, or clicking on the exit button bottom right to leave? Although you get the chest for completing as soon as you kill the Archdiviner, you don’t actually get credit for completing it the fractal until the pop-up appears, which happens after the statue bows.

Oh, thanks guys. Will do HotW P3 then, lets try it. I submitted a ticket via support website, got a mail that they recieved it, but no answer. Seems like we may went out of the fractal too early then :/
