So when i withdraw my skin reward as you can see in the picture, it just stays in there after i have done it, and then i can push withdraw and get more out.

I dont know if this also happens with other items than skins.

There is an infinite number of copies for you to withdraw from there. Notice that you now have a stack of 42 of those skins sitting in your inventory that can be used and applied to your weapon on that character.

Also, with the wardrobe being implemented, you can apply the skin to your active weapon in the Appearance/Wardrobe tab of your Hero Panel. Selecting the achievement skin to apply to your weapon does not require a transmutation charge.

Either way you apply your unlocked achievement skin to your weapon will be free and applicable an infinite number of times.
