Hi!
I recently decided to buy a training manual as a level 28 Sylvari engineer. (Hur Dur Mushroom)
However, when I try to use it, it makes a noise as if I used it, but the manual is still there and I cannot put any more points down in that trait line (cap is still 10)
The manual was bought at the Sylvari engineer trainer.
Is there any fix?

Not a bug
Adept is for lvl 10 and maxes at 10 trait points per strand

The next lvl is Master which you buy at lvl 40 (1gold) and that lets you use up to 20 traits per strand

Last lvl is Grandmaster (2gold) at lvl 60 and that lets you use the maximum of 30 traits per strand.

It seems like you bought an adept’s manual before. manuals are 1 per character. So give it to your other character to use when lvl 10/11
