after the new patch game worked like 15-30 min then it started disconnect me all the time and error message says i have connection problems when my internet connection works fine.

I am having the same issue although mine disconnects me at character screen

Same issue here, started seeing it really late last night at about 01:00 GMT. Woke up this morning and had hardly been playing for 30 mins when I disconnect. Now stuck at log in with error 42:0:9001:3928. But my internet is working fine, that really isn’t the issue here.

Login server seems to be down. And it had to happen while doing Zhaitan ofcourse.

but i was playing today for around an hour without issues after the update

I’m getting the same error, 42:0:9001:3928, when trying to log in. Second time now since the maintenance.

yeah i got the same problem. my younger brother and i were playing the game just fine when we got kicked, and when we tried to login, we got this error.
