I cannot log in now since downloading the patch. Was doing Arah path 1 when the patch became available. Upon finishing the run we exited and restarted the client to get the patch. Now we are all getting the following error code: 58:11:5:512

same. can’t login after downloading the update. same with the rest of my guild party I was running with. :/

I am getting the same error.

Same issue here. Got stuck in loading screen trying to enter instance for storyline and then it timed out and logged me off now I keep getting this same error message.

Yeah I am having the same problems as of now. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Keeps telling me it failed to connect first, then when I retry it gives me the error code and tells me to contact support. I played earlier today with no problem. When the hotfix came out, I hadn’t even had it downloaded and it started doing this to me.

i just got error code: 58:11:5:512 i was haveing hard time loading in the dungen for a path 3 of EoC i log out relog i cant get in now

having the same problem, got disconnected in FoTM and downloaded new build. Can’t log in. Glad I’m not the only one. Hope they fix shortly.

Me too. I hadn’t even downloaded the patch yet and it did this. I had hit “login” without looking that it was going to download something.

Same problem here. Hope it’s fixed asap. :c

:( what happened!!!! I logged out did the update now it says the servers are unreachable.

Interesting I was playing and the game just desconected me. Then when I was trying to log in this error happened.
