I can NOT say it any better than the person below who has the same issues as I do with Against the Corruption personal story mission.

Hi,
today ive tried to get the mission “Against the Corruption” done but i think there are some errors that wont let me complete it.
This mission is on cursed shore.
The goal of the mission seems easy, escort the Sylvari (Treh..lalala) to a Kings Tomb.
You get some NPCS to Protect you and your Group, i think 4 or 5 and the other Story NPCS thats 9 people with me.
But a Minute later the whole NPC group gets screwed by an ambush (no cutscene) and i cant revive them, i can revive my Story NPCS but not the rest.
The corpse just dissapear and as i heard this shouldnt happen, i talked to a guy who made this mission earlier and he had no problem to revive all of them!
The first time, i dont worried about it and tried to complete the quest anyway but then theres a very strong “Risen Abomination” that wipes my Group of now 4 People (with me included) easily.
I thought maybe its my fault and tried other tactics, tried to kill the adds first but the adds respawn infinitely.
So, i died again and the second time i tied on the Risen Adomination a cutscene came and telled me to speak with the Sylvari (Treh..lalala) but hes dead.
Now i thought maybe i can just revive him and speak with him fast before he dies again, but no way he keeps fighting the abomination and i cant talk to him.
TL;DR
- Cant revive 50% of my Group, corpse decay (Someone said he could revive all)
- then cant progress due to infinite respawn of adds and too strong boss wipes my group fast
- If i die twice on the Boss a cutscene comes, like ive won the fight and i should speak with the sylvari
- Cant speak with the sylvari cause hes dead or when revived fights till death
Here’s a thread with other people having the same problems. The issue has been recognized by ANet and a fix is in the works.
