The story instance for Seeds of Truth the one called “Meeting the Asura” is bugged or at least the vorpp encounter itself is bugged. After beating vorpp down and all the other mobs in the boss room vorpp ends up staying dead and just disappears from the instance entirely without activating the last dialogue scene which then prevents me from finishing the instance and getting my achievement. The only thing I could do is either watch Faolain endlessly killing that one golem forever or if I decide to waypoint out to end the instance, which then I’d have to redo the instance again which is pointless since the vorpp encounter is bugged for the aggressive infiltration achievement. The other 2 achievements are still acquirable together but not this one.
Here’s a couple of screen shots, really hope for this to be fixed soon as I really want the full set of the bio-luminescence armor skins plus the title for it.
I have the same problem for a very long time now and this is the only achievement left undone for this part. Golem keeps respawning again and again, cell panel doesn’t react, there are two sylvari alive in the cell (Canach + one more) and no enemies left. The Invisible infiltration worked fine, this one seems hopeless. Please fix ;(
So I tried many different ways to finish this, and it seems like Vorpp’s disappearance is the main issue. Now this is what I did – I killed all the Inquest, but not the leader. I ran away to take his aggro off, then I went and killed that golem fighting with Faolain using my skill 8 (he did not ress anymore) and then I came back and carefully and slowly finished Vorpp with my auto-attack (I was afraid that if I use any condi, it will kill him again). Dunno which part of this worked, but well… I somehow did it this way. I hope it helps.
Alright I’ve just finally gotten the achievement just now. The Vorpp encounter is fixed now, I defeated vorpp the same way I defeated him everytime and I’ve finally gotten the achievement on my first try today. I’m guessing anet fixed it sometime yesterday ‘cuz I did notice a few things that got tweaked in the whole instance, like for instance how faolin actually helps you fight the attackers. Before she would just stand on the side and let you do all the work. I also noticed a slight change to vorpp like how he stands facing towards a different direction than he normally would before when you first encounter him. Nonetheless I’ve finally gotten the achievement after hundreds of tries that’s all that matters.
I just did this, two times with it bugging, then I read this thread and looked at some videos.
In the videos where they completed it they fought the mobs on the platform in the middle, while when it had bugged for me I had kited them around a corner at the edge of the room.
So, I tried killing them in the middle. I do not know if it has any relevance, but if anyone has troubles try this!

This bug is not fixed. We killed everything and boss disappeared without giving us the achievement. Anet fix this, im tired of repeating story parts cause of bugs
