When approaching the brewer, I’ve been told to drink the “cold filtered wurm tincture” which i have not received in the game. I have been told to collect my reward from him (the drink) but it still hasnt appeared. There’s meant to be an option to obtain the drink in the dialogue but it doesn’t appear for me. I have left and came back later but this error still occurs for me.

Are you sure it’s not in your inventory? Sometimes, it just seems to slip in there unnoticed.

You can use the ‘search’ bar in inventory to find stuff that “just seems to slip in there unnoticed”. (Certain inventory bags grab different types of items, so they don’t always end up where expected.)
