The skill point at Augor’s Grotto in Malchor’s Leap is bugged. Alexandra Duet stays on attack mode and, when killed, her health resets and she continues attacking. Even if you leave the area to reset her, she runs back to her spot, her health resets but she stays hostile and cannot be interacted with to begin the skill challenge.

This has multiple threads – by now I hope the devs are aware – i’m watching it close
