DS, AB, TD, VB metas are constantly crashing causing fails. WvW crashes when entering or shortly after. Started right after patch 4/19.

So when heart of thorns first launched I had a weird bug where when I deploy a siege weapon it sometimes causes my client to crash to desktop. After one of the later patches it was fine for a few weeks. but more recently it has been doing it again. I have tried a fresh install and I have tried both the 32bit and 64bit clients. I also completely uninstalled and removed all the cached install files and registry entries. And still no dice. Only other thing I can think of is something hardware related.

Any help would be much appreciated.

After todays patch and playing wvw 3 minutes game crash, big very good…! It happened many times… I think it’s time to move on to another game…

A lot of us are crashing every few minutes while in wvw. Get about 3 mins before a crash

Keep losing participation too because of it.

Same. Crashing every couple of minutes in WvW…regardless of map.

There was 80 man quee and I was in like 1min later because everyone got dc at WvW.

Not just WVW….its everywhere large groups get together. Me and many others crashing frequently during world bosses.

I bet DX 11/12 would fix it :P

Glad to know it’s not just me. I haven’t crashed outside of WvW, but yes, every few minutes I am in WvW the game is crashing.

64 bit client as well.

Crashed twice in 10 minutes along with about 20 others in the same squad.

I don’t think it’s just WvW, I keep crashing while doing meta in AB and DS, managed to crash 7th times within an hour after updated

Same EU playing on NA servers, but im getting errors even when there isnt anyone around.

Game crashed 5 times during the Shadow Behemoth event (i wasn’t in a squad).

Crashed multiple times on EB, EOTM and also while in a party inside Fractals.

Looking at EB quee … jumping from 70 to 20 all the time xD
poof! just like that 50 players dissapear lol

I keep crashing.. I get into wvw – WOOH – crash – reque – get in – WOOOH – all over again.
I get the ‘’a serious error blabla’’ whenever I dc..

My husband and I both crashing every few minutes in WvW.

same here.. crashing every 30 seconds, sometimes even on load into the bls

please fix, wvw is completly unplayable now

I have the same problem, my game crashed several times since the patch.
It always occured for me when i was with many players around, like doing world bosses or large events.

Same issue, I have just given up till this is patched, game is unplayable right now.

I believe you can add fractals too.

Crashes all the time on all populated maps and events

WvW crashing for me. Sometimes when looting, other when just roaming around.

Sooooo, Anet, unplugged something that shouldn’t have been unplugged?

It’s effecting everyone as far as I can tell, just at different points. Pretty sure everyone on my EU wvw server has crashed several times.

I was just there, having 90% (literally) of players Crash at the same time.
Crashing three times during a 5 minute escort is insane.

It did seem as though when we got to the bosses though the crashes stopped..?
Maybe only progression of meta events causes crashing, and when they’re on one event and not changing they are more stable?
Can anybody confirm?

Never have I got an error while doing WvW or EoTM. Just updated…and already crashed 4 times while in EoTM. I am apparently not the only one. People are saying it might be a bug with the squad. I didn’t have issues with the errors until 6 minutes after I joined a squad.

Developer responded that fix for that is queed up, so it should be avaliable soon. Lets just hope it will be today so we can still play WvW a bit
