Guild Wars 2

The level 80, exotic rarity amulet “All Seeing” has bugged stats and/or tooltip. The tooltip shows:

11 precision
8 power
1% critical damage

whereas a level 80 exotic should have stats of 90 prec/64 power/5% crit chance.

I am unable to confirm whether the item stats are bugged, or whether this is merely a tooltip issue, because I do not want to soulbind the amulet pending a fix. Thanks.

This is still bugged. The critical damage was changed to ferocity, but the stats are still not correct for a level 80 item.
