Guild Wars 2

Hi!

I have’nt played guild wars in a half a year or something, and now that i logged in I discovered that all my miniatures are gone! The same happened to my friend who has’nt played in a while either.

I don’t know if we’re doin’ anything wrong or something. We have checked both wardrobe and material storage, and nothing is there. Is there any other place we should check??

I love my minis, and reallyreallyreally want them back :’(

The should be in your bank (not in the wardrobe until you physically move them there), in storage, near the very bottom. Check again. If you still have issues, you can contact the CS Team for assistance at the top of this page.

I have checked “the bottom of the bank” several times, on all my characters, and the only mini there is one that I got today.

It wouldn’t matter which character walked up to the banker NPC. The bank (Account Vault) is account-wide. The ‘new one’ you got today would have gone to the Mini-pet Collectible part of your Wardrobe, it would not show up in Material Storage at the bank (Account Vault). If there are no mini-pets in the mini-pet part of Material Storage (at the bank), then you may need assistance from the CS Team.

Yeah, I know that it is account-wide, but I thought that it would’nt hurt to check anyways, lol.
I got the only mini that I have now as a “birthday gift” from guild wars (queen Jennah, as usual haha). And when I checked all my characters she appeared on different places actually, which is also a bit wierd. On some she was in the wardrobe and on others in the material storage.

However, I have not found my old minis yet, so I did contact the CS team.

It seems odd the way you speak about your minis. Some some characters went to the bank and found Queen Jennah in the vault, but others went to the bank and did not? If the mini was in the bank, it would be in the bank for every character.

Are you sure your character has physically walked to a Banker NPC and checked the Account Vault? Because that is where your minis should be.

Probably some bug, because the slots disappear when you dont have that specific mini or when you withraw your minis from collections tab. Probably they did ‘disappear’ before withrawing (probably the icon disappeared and not the mini itself, at least i hope so)

I’m not trying to be snarky or anything here, but are you absolutely sure you checked the correct tab? You have to go to the bank NPC (or crafting station), open the bank, click on Material Storage, and then scroll down to the bottom sections. All minis should be there.
