All allies and enemies nameplates are grey I can’t tell who is an ally or who is an enemies and I have no idea how to fix it :s I don’t know if I’m being stupid and its a option but i looked and I can’t seem to fine any

I see you are inside an instance and just out of curiosity does it happen only inside it or anywhere in game? Maybe you could try to repair your game, follow the info at https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/28148006-Repairing-the-Game-Client in case you don’t know how. I don’t think it’s an issue related to graphic card or stuff as I can see the rest of the UI with their proper colors (like story progress UI is green). Good luck.

It’s part of that story, so it’s ok
Only be concerned about those that are red named, as those will kill you.
