Ever since Lion’s Arch was rebuilt, every other person I see looks the same. They all have a black face, with grey armor. Weapons sometimes look different, but they’re mostly the same. The only characters I can see entirely are lvl 80 revnants with the same armor. (However I see those fairly rarely.) I don’t know if it’s just me or others have this same issue, but no one posted anything about it so I did so.
