Here as well in the Seafarer’s Rest server of EU.
This is very depressing…
The guild bank is gone (probably with all the items..), members are gone, logo is gone, every upgrade is gone. Everything is gone apart from the guild name..

I really hope they fix this..

i have 4 guilds with 3 of the 4 i have this problem, but in 1 guild everything is normal?

Same on Ruins of Surmia, yesterday all went well, now everything is gone

Same here, located in EU, but playing on Tarnished Coast AN – same with another friend.

On top of that, I can’t see anyone in party, though I can talk to the rest of the party for a certain amount of time until I’m automatically booted from it.

My contact list shows 2 people online, in unknown locations even if I see them physically standing in front of me in-game.

This is a big problem, it doesn’t allow doing dungeons or fractals as intended, which makes it difficult for people to finish their monthlies too, and this is the last day. Please fix this as soon as possible, this is unplayable.

Got this bug as well, Thorns N Blossoms guild, 1/1 players online when there’re definitely more players. EU Ruins of Surmia.

Well, as in a thread statment. Alone in the guild, yesterday everything worked perfectly. LFG tool operational. Desolation EU.

I spent money because i didn’t know it was an error, I thought the game had just reset the guilds and needed to get my influence back

My whole guild has disappeared along with upgrades, influence, members, bank and all its items. Please help!

Same here…my guild shows no other players and all development gone…but for another guild member shows he is alone in the guild also

Same here, Blacktide (EU). I can’t see other members of my guild. I’d like to get mumble connection information, but it doesn’t show. Fix please as fast as you can.

Glad I found this thread I had level 2 in pretty much everything and a guild stash, emblem and guild armorer.
I levelled my guild alone since release without any help from other players and I’m gutted to see everything has vanished :/

I don’t think the world matters. It’s probably something happening with the guild host servers.

I got the same problem. My mates still see me in the guild but I got 1/1. Might add as it was not stated so far I also do not see any influence or merit in the guild and nor do they!

Yep, same problem here too. My other guild I see but can’t represent it and other one dose not show anything but myself in there. Playing Maguuma NA from Europe.

I sent an in game bug report. EU account on TC. I guess this is an issue with the EU server that deals with guilds / friends / contacts etc … :/

They just don’t know how to deal with customers
Even a we are aware (altho it doesn’t bring anything) is better then no response

There are already post about it but im making another one so the people get the idea and look into fixing the bug…..

I’m sure they’re working on it, with all the in-game reports and multiple threads regarding the same issue around here. In the meantime just replace Guild (Wars 2) with Bug, Grind, Farm or Carrot. It’ll be fixed before you know it, hang tight and grab some lunch.

So mean, I was feeling all lonely and stuff q.q and now I see it´s just a bug, fix it soon please ;o;

And if I try to look LFG tool, it says:
“Network error.

Anet sure are bad at talking to its customers about these things….Something simple like “we are aware of the problem and are working on a fix, we will provide more information as we get some”

Its not hard to talk to us, we dont bite……Forum mods are fast enough to move topics, if only the devs worked as fast at fixing bugs this game would be bug free forever!

I still don’t get why posts about random stuff like items you can buy from trading company always get replies from devs and the millions of other bugs never get a response or a fix in the first 6 months.

Same problem, alone in a guild, cannot access groups or LFG tool (which gives a connections error oddly). I’m an EU based player, playing on US server Tarnished Coast.

NA player, I have the same problem with “network error” where you are the only one in the guild and cannot use LFG. I tried to reset my router and my moderm but nothing. I also repaired GW2 but nothing. I restarted laptop but nothing.

This is getting ridiculous. Fix your kittening bugs, Anet! I’ve run into about 100 bugs in the past week, and they’re from beta. WoW had less bugs than this for crying out loud! If I see another significant bug that stops me from enjoying the game, then I’m going back to WoW.
