Happening to me as well. Guild bug again as well as bugged in trying to make a party.

Anet since you have decided to release all this wonderful new content so fast, the game has slowly just slid into a cess pool of bugged out problems. How about you slow it down and make sure the content is not going to bug stuff out. TA is so bugged from the Aetherblade changes its not even funny. And how about adding in some of the simpler requests your player base has been begging for. Still missing some simple things that should have been migrated over from GW1, like the ability to watch people after dying, or a Last Active list in the Guild Roster. Simple things that should be a no brainer. :/

Bit of a thread revive, but I have been having this problem all morning and it’s getting annoying now. I can’t use LFG, when I’m invited to a party, I can’t see it after I accept it, and my guild shows 1/1, can’t even talk in it.

Is it the same thing? EU game playing on NA server? If it is, why did you (Anet) let us create a character in another region???? I wouldn’t mind play in EU before, but now i have 4 80s in Blackgate, top NA server, and i don’t want to play on EU now!!

There does seem to be a bit of a patern to this..It is almost exactly 1 month ago this problem occured to the day.

Last night (21st Nov) – there were login problems for EU Players on the server.

This seems to happen like clockwork now.
Please get to the bottom of this and fix it once and for all – no more temporary fixs.

Nearly everyone in our guild has this problem right now.
Can’t even use the LFG system.

Lol @ FLiP – “top NA server” made my day.

But .. now were able to see and smell all the loot in Guild caves even though we no longer belong to our guilds….. just no touching or taking…. its the perfect way to test if all these conspiracy theories around OP stealth are really true, those that want their loot will be forced to log their stealthy and steal your own loot back now. but if you fail your roll your guild stash consumed by a toxic worm and Scarlet appears to facepalm you three times before laughing and disappearing in her own black smoke

it’s not an Anet issue, it’s a backbone issue affecting providers used by Anet. they can’t do anything to solve it. last time it happened it was caused by a big power outage in USA around new york. you just gotta wait til providers and power companies restore the network

Sitting alone in the guild, if i type in guild chat it sais “you’re not in a guild”, friendlist bugged out, cant see who’s actualy online and who isnt. fun..

EU player on EU server (so it is not only the ones in NA), 2 of my 5 personal guilds for my own accounts have this.
Both guilds are the only ones with guild storage, but one of the working ones has an upgrade (for the storage when I have enough influence).
The storage I have showed up when I checked.

Shocked me, first time I notice this though I have heard of this. Odd that it seems to happen regularly.

edit: I checked storage again, I can’t take things but I can still see them. I can also Preview them, if I wanted to see how a stack of silver looked on my character… There was no effect, sadly. (I don’t know how it has behaved previously. :P)

And further experimenting shows that directly switching from working guild to non working one inherits the guild chat of the working one.
I had both in, say, guild 3, switched one directly to guild 4 and 5 that do not work, sent something to chat and the one in 3 saw it and the other way around. Guild switcher never changed from guild chat even if he’s Online (Not Representing), and his tag shows him being in guild 4 and monitoring the guild storage he can’t get stuff from.

If I’m not repping and then try to rep and chat I get that I’m not in a guild.

Occassionally the guild tag disappeared. I was staring at my characters in a broken guild, one having Character Name [], other Character Name [tag]. Kind of funny but terrifying at the same.

My login rep seems to also have gone somewhere when I tried to rep the non-working ones before a working one. (I had none used for the day when I started watching this stuff)
If it shows up when the guilds start working, I notice.

Party and friends list seem to work normally for me.

What you mean there really is a giant ANET Bank Storage with all our guild loot inside and the power cut caused a lock down of the blastproof doors. Gees ANET I am seriously impressed, though less impressed you never installed the backup generator and a retired bank clerk to hit the big green button.

So this power cut killed our guild links but not our guild loot.. some server architecture there, I gotta hand it to them.

Yup, LFG tool doesn’t work when playing on my NA account, gives me error code 3022:1042:7:557:101

Alright, this is one big chain of game bugs thats happening to me right now:
1. if i am in a party it doesnt show i,m in one.
2. i get kicked outof the dungeon for no reson
3. apparently i,m alone in the guild
4.i dont see people from my party on the minimap
5.when i try to type in guild chat it sais “youre not in a guild”
6. my friendlist doesnt show correctly who is/isn’t online at this point

this has been happening since last night and it anoying!!

Then why is this not affecting all people? It’s affecting me and there was just something in map chat about it on my server and other people are able to see their online guild members just fine.

Same thing is happening to me, last night there were weird lag spikes that threw me around and then today when I logged in, above issues occur.

Two EU guilds here, no storage accessible although they are both maxed out, no influence earned, only one character on the roster, guild chat tells me I am not in a guild.

I have the same problem no influence no upgrades and tells me i am the only one in the guild.

Bump for justice and a quick fix, because this is getting bloody annoying.

Same here. EU player on Desolation, 2 out of 3 of my guilds.

both of my guilds lack members and storage, havn’t tried the other bits and pieces like friends and party, but yah would definetly like my stuffs back.

Suggestion:
Can ANET please implement a ‘follow the sun’ support model to fix these ‘big bug’ issues quickly or at least issue an update. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Follow-the-sun)

Currently us non-NA Players have a long wait for America to wake up and start looking at support tickets or replying back.

It really is making me feel like a 2nd class citizen as I’m not American and on the same support-timeframe as ANET support. (Its how I feel – they may have support techs working overnight in America answering querys for the EU / APAC – but I just dont see it or they are overworked possibly)

The question is:
Have I missed out on good loot ? (A precursor drop as I cannot party up?)
Do I miss out as I cant do any dungeons / other stuff with friends ?

We all know that being in a Party means that you get better loot.

This bug last happend on the 21st October, It started repeating again on the 22nd November.

Should I put an entry in my diary not to play on the 21nd-23th December?
If it goes wrong again on that date – we’ll know its too frequent to be a co-incidence.

EU player on Gandara here, logged in today to find I am suddenly the only member in 1 of 4 of my guilds. How can I fix this?

Yeah like that will ever happen… 24hrs and counting the loss of influence, no access in guild for things such as consumables etc.. no worries the TP will sort you out, just stock up on gems first then xfer to gold then go Christmas shopping for your guild.. it wont come back the other way, ever!

I got this problem as well! I’m playing on Jade Quarry.

Same thing is happening here. Showing as the only one in both my guilds, the main one has over 200 members… this is annoying! grr

I would rather these bugs are fixed.

The NA servers also have APAC Players (Chinese) on them who also seem to be affected.

Same bug as everyone else, no answer from Support either, boy things have sure changed from the excellent support with GW1.

This is happening on Ring of Fire EU Server, my guild has lost all members, all influence all upgrades and to top it all off this No Support is not only diabolicle, it is unacceptable. ANet need to get their act together.

Piken here. Can see one of the guilds I am in, the other one is all glitched and I am shown as all alone.

This always happens to the Euro’s on NA servers which sucks. Making us incapable of doing anything as we cant join parties, do dungeons, interact with the guild. Wonder how long till this gets fixed and this thread gets noticed.

The most annoying thing about this bug, is that it happens on a friday

So, judging by lack of response…should we understand that this isn’t a bug, but a feature?

It’s staggering how a game called Guild Wars has so many bugs with the guild function – this is getting old very fast.

Guild: Aethereal at Baruch Bay (EU) lost all improvements, objects and members, all, only the founder is in the member’s list.

I’ve asked other players and there are other guilds affected at Baruch Bay.

My guildies and I are experiencing the same problem: we cant see each other in guild , we cant type in guild chat, we cant do nothing releated to guild stuff. Last time some of my guildies wrongly left the guild…when this problem will be fixed?

It’s worse than this…. You can’t join party’s (team up) which means:
No dungeons
No Toxic Tower instances
No co-operative play
No FoTM
No guild buffs
No guild storage
Lower quality drops (known factor if you adventure solo)

Too many things have been broken – this needs looking at please.
Please someone wake up and at least acknowledge there is a problem.

Also having this problem, game just isn’t worth playing without guilds and parties working properly.

Why is it so hard for Anet to at least acknowledge the problem?

This is happening to me too. Also european on NA server. Alone in the guild and parties don’t work. Just got kicked of an Hybrid instance while on the boss. NOT COOL.
