I got the Angry Chest and account bounded it, I went up to Evon Gnashblade and he isn’t giving me any information whatsoever about the chests. Do I need to get another one for it to work? Is it bugged out?
I found I had to move behind Evon so that the Angry Chest moved within his vicinity, before he offered the dialog. You might try moving around and speaking to him repeatedly.

Yeah you have to have the chest active as your mini pet to get any of the NPCs to talk to you about it.
