I’m just noticing this today. I also cannot speak for other tengu, only the ones in Lion’s Arch (SW of Western Ward waypoint).

As the title says, their idle animation resets. I’m talking about the one where the tengu starts to stretch and examine his bow, then goes into a crouched position. Once he gets into his crouched stance, suddenly the animation resets and he’s standing upright. It’s very, very noticeable and jarring.

This is happening with all of the tengu I’ve seen SW of Western Ward waypoint. The one by the merchant caravan and the ones further south, guarding the Dominion of Wind.

Just going to update this saying I’ve seen this happen with Tengu outside Lion’s Arch as well. Perhaps it’s just a problem with the Tengu animation in general.
