I logged in and saw the account bump was on sale again as well as the transmutation charges. The price was at 674 which I thought was a great deal! I bought a transmutation charge and closed out of the gem store to check my mail and apply the charges went back to buy the Bump and the price had gone up to 720 gems! Also the trasmutation charges were a limit of 15 but after only purchasing 1 it went back to normal price!. Logged over to my second account and it has the bump at 674! Why is the price changing per account or based on what you are purchasing! I noticed this on other things too. You buy one item and anything that has a similar item bundled with it the price fluctuates if you buy the single item!
Because the Account Bump/Jump takes into account the price of whatever is discounted it includes.
If nothing is included (that an account can purchase) in the Account Bump/Jump is discounted at the time of purchase, then no/less discount is applied.
