What is this annoying pop-up question?

I was in a area for abit doing quests from back to back daily events. Then this Chloe thing kept popping up even in the middle of battle! I couldn’t see the mini-boss since it popped up right in the middle and lingered around for some seconds (7?). So I died and my armor broke.

Answering it does nothing beneficial. There is no XP gain or rewards. The choice is always the top selection.

That is the popup for the carnival game in Beetletun why would it pop up that far away is obviously a bug (and the correct choice should be random, at least it was during the BWE’s).

No rewards is intended, I think, it is just a flavor thing. But yeah definitely should not pop up there.
