The thief’s anonymity mask does not give the option for a rune when you transmute, or even prior to the transmutation

I went ahead and transmuted. Your open slot for the rune will still be available even though it does not show it in the display like all the other transmutations. My rune carried over even though it did not show it. Have fun!!!!
