I hope you send this in on any survey you may receive. It is well written, and I think quite descriptive/indicative of feelings and experiences, myself and others have shared here on the forums about issues we’ve had lately. I hope your issue is resolved soon. The 100% map completion looks to be quite a daunting achievement and I wish you the best at receiving the earned rewards for completing it.

Thank you for your patience as we investigated your inquiry about the rewards associated with finishing the World Complete achievement.

Earlier, we sent the final batch of Gifts of Exploration to accounts that had earned the gifts but had not received them. Please check your in-game mail box for the items. If your inbox is full—that is, if it holds 10 or mails—you may need to delete a few mails to allow the arrival of the mail containing your Gifts of Exploration.

After trying the above, if you still have not received your Gifts of Exploration, please reply to this e-mail and we will look into the matter further for you.

I got my 2 tokens tonight…
Too bad in the time they needed to solve this issue i decided to challenge my willpower and i managed to bring another toon to 100% and already got my legendary :P
I’ll just store the Gifts in my bank for the next legendaries i guess xD

i just got my star and the reward (2x Gift of Exploration ) on my Ele but still at 99% exploration the only POI i miss is the one in LA at the drill.

I got the reward anyways so maybe this info helps.

So I originally put a ticket, #391207, in on 2-23, after getting 100% map completion for the 2nd time.

I’ve since received numerous emails saying that my date is within the right range and I should check back in 24 hours and it should be in the mail.

The last one says this:

I emailed them back letting them know I only have 2 items in my mailbox two days ago, and still have not received my Gifts.

14 days and counting….

It would be wonderful if someone could finally resolve this for myself and others.

I just finished my 100% world map completion today. I have the title of “been there done that” but no “chest rewards”. I have submitted the ticket regarding to this issue.

Please Anet help me fix this issue

After achieving 100% map completion and not receiving the Gift of Explorations, I put up a ticket and got told I needed to complete the Explorer achievements aswel.

After finishing Orr, Kryta, Magumma and Shiverpeak Explorer and still not receiving the gifts, I put up another ticket and got told that “I have been awarded the achievements prematurely” and that I need to unlock all the poi wich I did.

This is beyond frustrating and is making me want to quit.

Hey, just discovered today, now 2015. 6 chars 100% map completion, only 4 GOE. Ticket submitted.
