I Found another glitch in Divinity’s Reach (so many it seems :P)
It involves the process of getting into the pit where the great collapse initially happened
i made a video, check it out.

Also here is the skype conversation i had with my friends and what i speculated the issue to be.

[10:53:47 PM] Friend 1(Glitch Finder): We found a glitch
[10:53:50 PM] Friend 1: in GW2
[10:53:53 PM] Friend 2: ?
[10:54:04 PM] Friend 1: You end up in the great collapse
[10:54:11 PM] Friend 1: in Divinity’s reach
[10:54:18 PM] Friend 1: and you get to swim around
[10:59:07 PM] Me: Essentially the eagle has an area that doesn’t want players to go to in the left and right side of its face
[10:59:34 PM] Me: Warriors who use swords can use their 2 ability and fling themselves into the area of “no-go”
[11:00:01 PM] Me: when they do this, the game does not know where to put them and cannot say that they are falling or standing because its a glitched area
[11:00:42 PM] Me: the player then falls down because the game uses that as its primary reaction for a movement glitch
[11:01:24 PM] Me: Normally (off the topic of the glitch) you fall off the eagle and it teleports you back up to the nearest waypoint
[11:01:43 PM] Me: when you glitch the game to think that you are both standing and falling, it doesn’t know how to react
[11:02:02 PM] Me: so when you fall off the eagle after a 2, your character starts violently shaking
[11:02:16 PM] Me: and then as you shake, you fall into the “great collapse” area
[11:02:48 PM] Me: the game will attempt to teleport you, because you are in an area where you cannot stand and cannot fly/fall and so it TP’s you
[11:02:59 PM] Me: however you were both standing and falling, not just 1 or the other
[11:03:12 PM] Me: and so the game “attempts” to tp you
[11:03:29 PM] Me: and then you start to float in water even though there are no water textures in the area
[11:03:49 PM] Me: this is because you did not fall within the codes expectations of Standing OR falling
[11:04:07 PM] Me: If they made the code say Standing And/Or Falling, then this glitch wouldn’t happen
[11:04:15 PM] Me: and so the game doesn’t know how to react
[11:04:41 PM] Me: and puts you in a swimming animation because it is the only animation that they did not refuse to allow in that one area
[11:04:52 PM] Me: if you jump out of the water, you are considered falling
[11:04:58 PM] Me: and then you TP out again
[11:05:16 PM] Me: The water (as far as I’m aware) is considered to be directly below the teleportation zone
[11:05:23 PM] Me: and has no end area
[11:05:47 PM] Me: this means that the entire underside of the map (gw2) most likely has a water level

Yup, as I have seen so far (also in the thread posted by Inculpatus) all maps has water below them. It’s like if the maps were all built partially into water, with parts out of and in the water.
