So, a day ago someone created a topic regarding a bug on the Icebrood Quaggan.
I actually came across another one, which blocks the progression.
On Vol. 4 we need to kill the Champion Branded Devourer Queen in order to get the Branded Devourer Ichor. Well, the NPC “Sentinel Whiptail” which should trigger the event-chain simply doesn’t move and none of the events starts. Oh ye, always forgot to mention that this has been a known bug for quite a while now – although it’s not on the Known Issue Tracker.

This NPC is bugged since launch. It’s been bugged for 3 years and they still decide to put it in HOPE T4 collection and then not fix the bug . I just don’t understand why?
This one was given a workaround. There is a second devourer you can get the item from. The location for it is in the hint for the item itself. This has been true for months.
