Sometimes when i start a round with him before he even uses his signature (IE ROUND1) I choose bluff and get the warning ‘you cannot use bluff now you are being watched closely’ and this happens for three rounds.
There is no buff on the NPC!!
There is no way for him to have used it since its round 1.
Seriously fix this NPC already.
