Targeting has been intrinsically broken since about the time of the AprilMegaFailPatch last year.

Just been fighting the Sinister Triad in Brisban Wildlands. I hit tab to select a target. Bandit Mine. Tab again. Bandit Mine thats off screen. Again. Nightmare Courtier. Again. Bandit Mine. Once more and I get the Ebon Knight Cariaddar.

Totally broken, and its ridiculous.

Now if someone could come up with a way that targeting gives an advantage, Anet would be all over it for the nerf.
