Hey i just tried to take out daydreamer gs skin from my personal guild bank , put into inventory but its just got lost . im confused ? any ideas ?

Yes, this is a known issue.

Sometimes when you remove an item from the guild bank, it will “go invisible”, but it’s still there. Sometimes if you swap some other stuff around to and from the guild bank, that might fix it. Or if you try to relog, that also might fix it.

If you try out these things and it is, in fact, gone, try filing a case with support with those screenshots. You shouldn’t lose an item because the game just decided to randomly delete it

Note that the last entry for the GS skin in that log is a deposit, so are you sure you didn’t stick it back in the bank somewhere?

Yeah, your last vault log says you put it in the guild vault. It’s probably there. If it’s not showing up in the guild bank, do a relog as suggested above.

Yeah dude , it appeared after i relog i have no idea how did it happen. Anyway thx for the help !

it is okay, i asked the player in game and after relogging they could see it in his/her bag again

its not sword , it was greatsword. anyway relog fixed it

It’s a server-client communication issue — your skin was removed from the guild bank (a server-side action) and was moved to your inventory (also server-side), but your client delayed updating this information for… [reasons].

It happens periodically: people who are in charge of re-arranging guild inventory run into regularly, while most folks never see it (or, I guess, fail to see).

For those playing along at home, there are a couple of ways to work-around the issue:

• press [f12] and reselect the same character
• remove another item from the guild bank
• change guild representation and then back again
