Guild Wars 2

I have completed the Arah Dungeon through my personal story as per the screenshot. However, in PvP, the reward track is not available to me.

I should have it unlocked as I’ve already completed the personal story on my main character, Edivaine. I would like to play on the Arah Dungeon track.

Would appreciate a fix and let me know if I have to submit a ticket.

Did you finish Arah story before the tracks existed? If so you’ll have to re-do one of the explorable paths of Arah or complete the story on another character in order to unlock the track.

If you completed Arah Story mode after PvP Tracks came into existence then this is a bug and you should report a bug in-game and possibly contact support directly as well.
