So basically when you form a party to go do the explorable mode of arah the whole party does not get in, everyone member of the party gets a separate instance of the dungeon. As far as im aware this has been stuck like this all day.
(it has been pointed out that it may be due to people in the party not having completed story mode, seems unlikely however if this is true then it should have been included in patch notes as this posed no problem pre patch)

yes. Same thing happened to me too. I cant do Arah explorable mode today, tried with multiple parties , tried relogging , rezone , everything.. its not working. I cant seem to find my paerty into the dungeon.
this is still bugged .
