So after the new build reset an hour ago, and a long 30 minute event, we retake the Arah dungeon area and now all the vendors are gone?

No merchants, karma vendors, dungeon vendors etc..

Are they gone cuz the patch or do they take awhile to respond because they reset the server?

Same problem on Vabbi..
