Missing Mail!
I have tried every method I know, waited almost over a week now after I sent in a help ticket was sent in to no avail. The ticket was counted as “Closed.” when my issue still persisted. I’m unsure if any of you have had this problem before but I just really want to be able to finish the story.. and the mail isn’t arriving no matter what I do. Just to double check, my mail is not full I even have an image showing that it’s not full.

I’m just one extremely frustrated player who wants to see this story to the end.. I really really do. If anyone can help that would be much appreciated… Oh on a side note it does send me to a location in Lornar’s pass with the quest tracker.. I’m not sure if that will mean anything either.

I’m not certain which story step that is, but have you tried picking up any items or Gold from the TP. That has interfered with mail in the past.

As for your ticket, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky in Account Support, and it will be reviewed.

In response, I have not: I’m simply not receiving the mail to start Season two, Chapter eight. Even resetting the mission has not prevailed any progress.

Well, you can try that (both suggestions) as it has been helpful for some.

I checked with the first method that you proposed just now, still nothing, though I which sticky should I post my ticket in? I have received a message saying my ticket is closed though…

Clarify: did you try going to the location or not?

Yes, doesn’t Episode 8 take place in the Durmand Priory? Have you tried starting the episode there sans letter?

Okay, the ticket was actually answered. The issue was that the mail itself had listed itself as several months prior.. instead of a regular one Sorry about that!
