Can we please have this skill fixed… it is supposed to be a 1/4 sec cast time and unblockable and 9/10 times it takes so long to cast this skill that I never get it cast.

It has so much potential if only we could use it with some conviction that it will actually cast.

I’ve tried it in spvp, wvw, and pve – all the same problem

It also doesn’t make sense that blind, being a condition which I should be able to transfer to the enemy, instead makes me miss… So the tool tip is actually incorrect and should read something like transfer conditions except for blind…. But as OP said this wouldn’t be as much of a problem if it casts the correct cast time.
