The wiki says fractal weapons should drop from the daily rewards chest for Fractals 10 and beyond.

How rare are they? After asking around it seems other people are also perplexed by being able to obtain these.

They do still drop, the drop rate is unfortunately very low…I will never get that sword. Also keep in mind your personal reward level has to be level 10 or higher
